Chicken Stir-Fry with Noodles

Serves up to 2 people

Beef can be used instead of the Chicken, but it may need a little longer to cook.

Sesame oil is the best one to use if you have it, although ordinary Sunflower oil will do equally well.

Ingredients

 

1 or 2 chicken breast fillets (without bone)

1 pack of stir fry vegetables

2 tbsp oil

1 tbsp spicy season all

1 clove garlic

2 sections of fine egg (Chinese) noodles

2 tbsp dark soy sauce

 

Chicken Stir Fry with Noodles

Method

 

  1. If time permits, cut chicken breast in thin strips and marinate in the spicy seasoning for an hour or more
  2. Follow the instructions for cooking the noodles and put to one side
  3. Place your oil into a very hot large frying pan or wok and heat this until the oil is very hot
  4. Fry the chicken, stirring constantly until brown. This should take about 5 minutes
  5. Add the rest of vegetables stir and cook for another 5 minutes
  6. Make a parting in the middle of the cooked vegetables and add the noodles and soy sauce
  7. Stir and fry for about another 2 minutes and then serve immediately
