Serves 2
You can substitute lamb chops for the steaks.
Serve with roasted potatoes and vegetables.

2 lamb rump steaks
1 tsp mint sauce
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
1 red onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp sugar
125 ml red wine
125 ml beef stock
½ tsp salt
